Wishing I was in Hawaii, but happy in my own backyard with these Mai Tai Snow Cones. I made these using HawaiianShavedIce.com’s Snow Cone Machine ($24.95).
Recipe:
Simply add snow cone ice to the bottom of a Margarita glass. Splash with grenadine. Add more snow cone ice in the center of the glass and pour V8 V-Fusion Peach Mango juice (or Mai Tai mix) and a teaspoon of dark rum on top. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry!
